Subscription Policy
Effective Date: August 8, 2025
By purchasing a subscription to any Digital Sphere plan — The Entry, The Elevation, or The Sphere — you agree to the following terms.
1. Subscription Start & End Dates
Your subscription begins on the date you complete your purchase.
For monthly subscriptions, your access continues until the same date in the following month.
For annual subscriptions, your access continues until the same date in the following year.
At the end of your term, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription tiers:
The Entry – Monthly or Annual access to influencer tools, brand collaboration opportunities, and select events.
The Elevation – Monthly or Annual access including all Entry features, plus paid collaborations, exclusive events, and platform tools.
The Sphere – Monthly or Annual premium service including all prior features plus full creator management, VIP events, and elite brand opportunities.
Plan inclusions are described on our website. Features may evolve over time to enhance value.
3. Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before your next billing date.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Monthly subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle; no prorated refunds.
Annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid year; no partial refunds.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital and event-based services, all payments are non-refundable once your subscription begins.
Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate billing or technical errors.
6. Service Delivery
Benefits and opportunities are provided as outlined in your chosen plan.
Certain features (such as event invitations, brand collaborations, and PR drops) depend on availability and eligibility criteria.
While we aim to meet or exceed all stated benefits, we do not guarantee specific follower growth, income, or collaboration outcomes.
7. Client Responsibilities
You must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines and terms of service.
You are responsible for providing accurate account details and any content or assets requested for collaborations.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you violate our terms, engage in misconduct at events, or damage our community reputation.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for changes in social media algorithms, platform outages, or third-party brand decisions. All opportunities are offered in good faith and subject to external factors beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
